ALERTS FOR UNMET TARGETS
With the retailer alert app, users can easily access alerts indicating which stores are not meeting the expected business targets. On its main page, a summary appears showing the number of points of sale that have not reached the established objectives for number of visitors, tickets generated, and conversion rate achieved.
As a user, you can configure the period of the alerts displayed on the home page by default—whether for the past week, the previous day, or in real time. You can also select the calculation method for the alerts, either by comparing the results obtained with those from the same period of the previous year or with the targets set for each store. Alerts will be generated when the store’s results show a drop greater than the threshold you define.
With the filtering tools, you can check your chain’s alerts by dates and levels of decline. You can also quickly rank your stores through a sorted list following a funnel structure. See which stores show the best parameters and sales ratios for any period you choose.
