The cleaning equipment management system allows managers and owners of spaces, such as washrooms or changing rooms, to keep their facilities in perfect condition through efficient management of cleaning resources based on the number of times the spaces are used.

ALWAYS CLEAN, EFFICIENTLY

The online platform collects information on the number of visits to the space through a PassCounter4D sensor installed at each access point. Thanks to this information, the manager knows in real time the occupancy level and the number of cumulative uses of the premises. When the number of uses reaches the action threshold, the system generates a warning so that the nearest cleaning team can intervene. The manager can configure the levels and alert thresholds for each space to be monitored and has centralised information on all of them. In addition, the tool allows the historical data generated to be used to plan cleaning and maintenance tasks conveniently and in advance.
