The Queue Management module does not require any software installation. Access to the dashboard is available from any browser-enabled device with a user-and-password authentication system. Once logged in, the system provides real-time information on the number of people in the queue. It also generates alerts directly in the dashboard and via email, notifying the user when a queue exceeds the specified length or when waiting times surpass the desired threshold.

Additionally, the interface allows users to consult and analyze the historical data of queue behavior to assess management efficiency and measure the user experience. All these metrics, both historical and real-time, can be integrated via API into the client’s platform.
